    Functional Competencies


    Data Analysis

    • Analyze daily reports, garnishments, manual check requests, emails/voicemails to ensure accuracy
    • Demonstrates knowledge of payroll systems by confirming data is correctly loaded
    • Determines quickly when issue needs escalation and follows issue through to resolution


    • Accurately processes hours and deductions to ensure completion and accuracy
    • Utilizes payroll systems in a knowledgeable way to process payroll
    • Supports Team to provide adequate coverage to ensure payroll is processed consistently and on time


    • Keeps up to date with knowledge of Union contracts
    • Handles garnishments according to appropriate laws and requests assistance from Sr Analyst if needed
    • Consistently and accurately applies Federal, state, and local laws to payroll processing

    Must be able to meet any physical ability requirements listed on this description.


    May perform other job duties as directed by Employee’s Leaders.



    • High School Diploma, GED or equivalent education required.
    • Must be at least 18 years of age.
    • Must have authorization to work in the United States as defined by the Immigration Reform Act of 1986.


    • High School Diploma or equivalency, required.   College course work with some accounting, preferred.


    • 3+ years’ experience in relevant work experience, required.
    • SAP HCM experience, preferred
    • Garnishment processing, preferred 


    • Ability to perform work duties from desk/office work area for extended periods of time.



    Must be able to comply with Company attendance standards as described in established guidelines.

    Must maintain a well-groomed appearance per Company appearance standards as described in established guidelines.
