    • Functions within the scope of the Continuing Analysis and Surveillance System (CASS) as a Project Management facilitator. Plans, budgets, oversee, and documents all aspects of CASS initiated projects, works with Process Owners and Stakeholders to make sure the scope and direction of each project is on schedule. Provides advice, direction, and assistance to Process Owners/Stakeholders for timely completion of Safety Risk Management (SRM), mitigation actions, assurance plans, and Project Management support.
    • Champions CASS initiated project management across Tech Ops.
    • Masters and maintains expert knowledge in designated core business processes (i.e. CASS, Safety Management System, Project Management).
    • Leads and directs Process Owners with Portfolio Management Application (PMA) project profile entries and Operations Risk Registry (ORR) records entries.
    • Leads and directs Process Owners with requesting project approvals from, and reporting project status to, the CASS Board.
    • Works closely and effectively with project team members and other departments.
    • Must be able to meet any physical ability requirements listed on this description.
    • May perform other job duties as directed by Employee's Leaders.




    • High school diploma or equivalency required.
    • Bachelor's or MBA degree preferred.


    • 5+ years working in the airline industry across multiple Operations Departments and/or business processes (Technical Operations, Flight Operations, Ground Operations, Cabin Services, etc.).
    • 2+ years of demonstrated Project Management experience required.
    • Continuing Analysis and Surveillance (CASS) experience preferred.
    • Safety Management System (SMS) experience preferred.
    • Experience presenting to Sr. Leaders


    • Professional certification such as Project Management Professional (PMP) preferred.
    • Airframe & Powerplant license preferred.

    Physical Abilities

    • Must be able to travel.

    • Must be proficient in spreadsheet, database, process workflow, and presentation software (Microsoft Office, e.g.).

    • Identify project risk and pro-actively mitigate strategy.
    • Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
    • Positively influence behavior of others and work effectively as part of a Team.

    • Ability to manage highly sensitive and confidential information.
    • Must maintain a well-groomed appearance per Company appearance standards as described in established guidelines.
    • Must be a U.S. citizen or have authorization to work in the United States as defined by the Immigration Reform Act of 1986.
