The Flight Operations Training Department supports our daily training operations through the development and management instructional and hands training for Southwest Airlines Pilots. The department also manages the recurrent training program for Southwest pilots.
The Development Team design, develop, and modify curriculum, documentation, and other training materials to support Instructor led and/or online training for multiple projects.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
High School Diploma, GED or equivalent education required.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Must have authorization to work in the United States as defined by the Immigration Reform Act of 1986.
