    Works with Leaders and Category Managers to know and understand the full spectrum of the Supply Chain Management (SCM) Center of Excellence (COE) goals and initiatives and how the SAP ERP (ECC) can support or enhance those initiatives; strategically aligns resources and orchestrates methods to execute and implement project deliverables balancing Stakeholder’s needs and desired results to successfully complete projects



    • Maintains continuous awareness of Companywide initiatives impacting the operations of Supply Chain Management, SAP ERP, and related systems
    • Communicates and promotes SCM goals and initiatives through extensive relationship development including the Executive Leadership level
    • Maintains detailed knowledge of all enterprise systems and applications, especially SAP ERP, with integrations or dependencies on both existing and planned SCM systems, policies, and procedures
    • Independently leads SCM initiatives and projects with enterprise scope and impactProject Management

    Functional Competencies:

    • Works as SAP ERP and SCM subject matter expert to the Enterprise and presents information and/or findings to Senior Leadership on project outcomes and recommendations
    • Identifies projects and sets priorities based on business need
    • Facilitates continuous improvement process projects for the implementation of specified new SCM standards for the Company
    • Researches and provides best practice recommendations for ways to achieve project outcomes
    • Develops accurate, timely and comprehensive project reports to facilitate management decision making
    • Responsible for project accountability for the core Team and Project Managers

    • Knows the Team’s skillsets to determine the appropriate projects and tasks that are best suited for them
    • Maintains up-to-date awareness and knowledge of upcoming changes in priority from the business
    • Demonstrates organizational savvy being sensitive to how People in various organizations function  May perform other job duties as directed by Employee’s Leaders.

    • High School Diploma, GED or equivalent education required.
    • Must be at least 18 years of age.
    • Must have authorization to work in the United States as defined by the Immigration Reform Act of 1986.


    • Bachelor Degree or equivalent required
    • MBA or equivalent graduate degree preferred 


    • 3+years of ERP (SAP) system support or administration experience preferred
    • 8+ years procurement, strategic sourcing, and/or enterprise systems administration required
    • 8+ years leading large scale enterprise projects required
    • Intermediate to expert level command of MS Office applications including Outlook, Word, and Excel
    • Mastery of full Source-to-Pay process including sourcing, contracts, purchasing, catalogs, goods receipt, matching, invoice exceptions, and payment methods.
    • Strong understanding of vendor lifecycle management including maintenance of SAP Vendor Master records.
    • Solid Accounting background including journal entry, GR/IR, match exception processing, wire/ACH/EDI and other financial reconciliation processes.
    • Familiarity with following systems and applications, or equivalent, preferred:
      • SAP ERP
      • SAP Ariba
      • AdobeSign e-Signature platform
      • AeroXchange
      • Quickbase


    • Six Sigma Green belt, or greater, preferred


    • Ability to perform work duties from desk/office work area for extended periods of time.


    • Takes personal ownership of recommendations, judgments, actions, and decisions related to advising stakeholders across SCM and the Enterprise
    • Keeps a variety of Leaders up to date on project status in the manner they are accustomed to

    • Must be able to comply with Company attendance standards as described in established guidelines.
    • Must meet confidentiality expectations as to confidential, proprietary, and sensitive Company information.
    • Must maintain a well-groomed appearance per Company appearance standards as described in established guidelines.
