This marketing professional will funnel deep customer insights into Southwest’s communication framework while developing and optimizing trigger based marketing campaigns across all Southwest channels increasing Customer engagement and profitably. They will implement and enhance Southwest personalization roadmap in collaboration with Marketing Strategy.
