Leads a team who are responsible for developing integrated channel plans leveraging a vast array of customer touchpoints within large scale marketing campaigns to deliver personalized and relevant messages at the right point in the Southwest journey to meet Customer needs and business goals as well as serve as a catalyst for channel innovation.

High School Diploma, GED or equivalent education required.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
