  • Creates strategies for web content management including developing long-term roadmaps and evaluating toolsets in support of organizational initiatives
  • Continuously monitors and improves the day to day workflow of the Direct Marketing process to ensure on-time and error free execution
  • Owns the day to day task allocation among team members to ensure proper resourcing and capacity planning
  • Shares responsibility with Technology for the Web Content Management (WCM) solution and drives requirements from a Business perspective
  • Owns the relationship with our language translation vendor and will set appropriate budgets for language solutions
  • Represents the Digital team on what is possible in terms of development and go-to-market strategies on our owned channels
  • Act as product owner to support cross-department technical initiatives including requirements gathering and user acceptance testing
  • Measure digital success metrics and support the ideation and execution of test and learn scenarios within digital channels
  • Cultivates, supports, and promotes an organizational culture that affords for high performance, high morale, integrity, trust, and Teamwork
  • Recruits, develops, and retains individuals with skills, attitude, and experience necessary to enable the organization to meet goals/commitments
  • Displays knowledge of situational and strengths based leadership by providing continuous coaching to improve team performance and hold team accountable
  • Recognizes and advocates for Team members  and fosters their growth Leads individual contributors within Marketing to drive and execute the Company’s strategic plan
  • Collaborates closely with other Marketing leaders and their teams as well as peers in other Departments to develop aligned plans and strategies
  • Delivers clear, concise and focused communication with Team, Leaders and Partners and encourages candid communication within the Team
  • Builds plans and strategies in order to meet goals.   Identifies evolving business needs, industry trends, and advancements in the field of Marketing; drives his or her team to adapt

High School Diploma, GED or equivalent education required.

Must be at least 18 years of age.

Must have authorization to work in the United States as defined by the Immigration Reform Act of 1986.



  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required
  • Degrees in Computer Science, Web Development or MIS are preferred
  • Advanced degree preferred


  • Minimum 6 years experience in related field required or, minimum 4 years experience with an advanced degree
  • Experience using a content management system is required
  • Experience using Interwoven/Teamsite, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, Adobe Experience Manager, and Adobe Campaign is preferred
  • Experience leading a team of developers including established processes and workflows is preferred
  • Experience leading cross-functional projects or direct People Leadership preferred


Must be able to comply with Company attendance standards as described in established guidelines.

  • Knowledge of best practices in email/web content management including front-end development
  • Strategic thinking skills, ability to see the big picture
  • Ability to plan and drive large business initiatives to completion.
  • Possesses strong mathematical, analytical, and problem solving skills
  • Communicates effectively by listening intently, questioning appropriately, and articulating clearly in both written and verbal formats
  • Ability to establish and inspire trust within Team and Marketing department
  • Ability to gain commitment to shared goals with peers, team, and Marketing department

  • Ability to motivate, grow, and develop direct reports as well as Leaders
