Responsibilities

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

Collect data from a variety of sources

 

Work closely with Projects and Reporting Analyst to produce and communicate data analyses.

 

Work closely with Technology and other departments.

 

Facilitates production releases for applications used by Customer Relations/Rapid Rewards.

 

Documents and analyzes required information and data. 

 

Identifies and forecasts demand trends, productivity, and backlog data through the production of reports.

Qualifications

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

 

High School Diploma, GED or equivalent education required. 

 

Must be at least 18 years of age.

 

Must have authorization to work in the United States as defined by the Immigration Reform Act of 1986.

 

EDUCATION:

 

Progress towards a degree, major, or minor in Statistics, Mathematics, Accounting, Aviation Management, Computer Science, or Business related field with working statistical analysis knowledge.

 

Minimum level accepted: Junior

 

Must be currently enrolled as a full-time student (minimum 12 credit hours.)

 

Must be maintaining an overall GPA of 2.75.

 

SKILLS/ABILITIES/KNOWLEDGE/WORK STYLE:

 

Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Access).

 

Strong Excel skills preferred (Pivot table, V-lookups, etc.).

 

Microsoft Project skills preferred.

 

Familiarity with “query language” or “sequel server” skills preferred.

 

Basic understanding of root cause and/or trend analysis.

 

Problem solving ability and strong written/verbal communications skills.

 

Ability to stay organized and manage multiple and concurrent assignments.

 

Public speaking and presentation skills preferred.

 

Previous internship experience in a related field is preferred.

 

Quick learner, self-motivated, team oriented, with a sense of humor.

 

Works well in a culture that is open, direct, respectful, courteous and compassionate.

TIME COMMITMENT:

 

Full-time 40 hours per week (Monday-Friday.)

 

PAY:

 

$15.00 per hour + flight privileges
