Responsibilities

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

 

Independently analyzes, identifies trends, and extracts meaningful information in order to measure our corporate Hospitality initiatives

 

Distills data down to easily understood, presentable, and actionable findings

 

Derives themes from analysis to inform business partners of Hospitality opportunities for improvement

 

Assists the Customer Services Team in organizing events, meetings and initiatives designed to promote and improve Customer Service across multiple departments

 

May develop written communication relating to Customer Service that is shared Companywide

 

Present with impact and lead meetings across all Departments and levels of Leadership

 

Willingness to travel as needed.

Qualifications

 

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

 

High School diploma, GED or equivalent education required

 

Must be at least 18 years of age

 

Must have authorization to work in the United States as defined by the Immigration Reform Act of 1986

 

EDUCATION

 

Progress towards degree, major/minor in Business Management, Hospitality, Organizational Development or other related Business degree required.

 

Minimum junior level

 

To be eligible must be currently enrolled as a full time student (minimum 12 credit hours)

 

Maintained a 3.0 or above cumulative GPA

 

EXPERIENCE

 

Experience in analyzing, making inferences, and presenting large amounts of survey data desired

Must be self-motivated and willing to work independently with some guidance and assistance

Must possess strong mathematical, analytical, and problem solving skills

Must be a true Team player

Ability to be creative, forward thinking, and display a passion for serving our internal and external Customers

Experience in a customer service or hospitality industry preferred

Writing experience preferred (school newsletter, business, or creative)

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel)

Must have intermediate skills in excel and PowerPoint

Experience with Tableau is a plus.

Experience with SQL or R is a plus.

Outstanding oral and written communication skills

Previous Leadership experience preferred

Fulltime 40 hours a week.

 

PAY:

 

$15.00 per hour + flight privileges
