Responsibilities

 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

Performs task analysis and research to define project goals, define requirements, and recommend products/projects.

 

Task assignments will include working on various size projects within the Training Department environment.

 

Implement solutions in the SWA University Learning Management Systems (LMS), including configuration changes and data manipulation.

 

Research and collect data from a variety of resources.

 

Assists Leaders with implementation plan analysis and recommend a course of action.

 

Ensure that training records are properly maintained.

 

Analyze and investigate discrepancies with training records.

Qualifications

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

 

High School Diploma, GED or equivalent education required.

 

Must be at least 18 years of age.

 

Must have authorization to work in the United States as defined by the Immigration Reform Act of 1986.

 

EDUCATION:

 

Progress towards degree, major/minor in Training Development, Management Information Systems, Management Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Industrial Engineering or Business related field required.

 

Minimum junior level.

 

To be eligible must be currently enrolled as a full time student (minimum 12 credit hours).

 

Maintained 2.75 or above cumulative GPA.

 

SKILLS/ABILITIES/KNOWLEDGE/WORK STYLE:

 

Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint).

 

Prior experience in learning management systems or reporting preferred.

 

Problem solving ability.

 

Strong written/verbal communications skills.

 

Ability to stay organized and manage multiple and concurrent assignments.

 

Ability to work independently and the willingness to function as a part of a Team.

 

Ability to coordinate multiple tasks and complete assignments with tight deadlines.

 

Works well in a culture that is open, direct, respectful, courteous and compassionate.

 

Quick learner, self-motivated, team oriented, with a sense of humor.
