DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Help coordinate Corporate Sales events, up to and including on site corporate tabling events, trade shows, forums, and sales calls.
Create and distribute communications and collateral to Corporate Sales Team and Customers.
Research sales leads and mine data up to and including cold calls and tertiary account interaction.
Provide Customer Service to Corporate Sales Team and Customers.
Distribute sales incentives to top Customers.
Participate in ad hoc sales projects, promotions, and planning.
Assist with managing online promotions and sales inquiries
Manage contract processes from beginning to end
Assist with managing Southwest Airlines Meetings Program
Help Account managers perform cost-analysis and identify top markets
High School Diploma, GED or equivalent education required.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Must have authorization to work in the United States as defined by the Immigration Reform Act of 1986.
Progress towards degree in Professional Sales, Marketing, Business or related degree.
Minimum junior level.
To be eligible must be currently enrolled as a full time student (minimum 12 credit hours).
Maintained 2.75 or above cumulative GPA.
Sales experience/interest is preferred.
Previous Customer Service experience preferred.
Proficient with basic Microsoft Excel functions are preferred.
Experience using Salesforce preferred.
Professional written and verbal communication skills, and ability to speak publically before an audience.
Ability to work independently and the willingness to function as a part of a team.
Ability to coordinate multiple tasks and complete assignments with tight deadlines.
Must be detailed oriented and ability to work with a sense of urgency.
Must maintain a professional appearance and attitude.
